Sustainability is one of the main values of our business. We work exclusively with organic and plant-based products. We've received the CO2 neutral certification and we work day after day to get more sustainable and education people to sustainability. For course, we recycle our garbage and limit it to the bare minimum. We use only compostable silverware and plates. We encourage our guests to dine in and eat in our ceramic Japanese bowls.
