When’s the deadline to register my Climate Week NYC event?

Submit your event by Friday, September 11, 2026. We encourage you to register early so your event is visible on the official calendar for longer, and attendees have more time to discover it.

Events submitted after the deadline will be reviewed case by case.

Is there a registration fee?

Climate Week NYC is a non profit platform run by a small, dedicated team. Registration fees help keep the week accessible and make sure every host gets the support they need.

For-profit companies pay a $600 registration fee. Non profit organizations, schools, community groups, and government bodies are welcome to donate any amount, instead - whatever works for you.

You won't be asked for any billing details in the first stage of the application. Payment is only requested once your event has been approved.
