The International Analog Forestry Network (IAFN) invites you to explore how feminist principles of care, equity, reciprocity, and interdependence can reshape approaches to climate resilience and ecological restoration. Moving beyond the idea of resilience as simply the ability to absorb and recover from shocks, this conversation will explore how analog forestry supports community-driven systems grounded in autonomy, solidarity, and ecological justice. The discussion will highlight the knowledge, leadership, and decision-making power of women—particularly in the Global South—and the role of the IAFN Restore Fund in supporting women’s groups, local organizations, families, and community initiatives to regenerate ecosystems while strengthening social and climate justice.
