Who’s Really Talking About Climate? With The Talking Climate Collaborative

Climate communicators are everywhere, scientists and sustainability officers, health professionals and faith voices, teachers, athletes, journalists, and creators, but most of them are doing it alone. We’re changing that. ​The Talking Climate Collaborative is a new home base for climate communicators. Our goal is to make climate conversations more common, more confident, and more effective. ​Join us for our launch and the release of our Climate Communication Landscape Assessment: the first survey and network map of the people and organizations talking about climate across the U.S. and Canada. It reveals who’s targeting what audiences, where the connections are, which voices are missing, and a wider view of the whole ecosystem. And the findings show: collaboration is rare, our networks are fragmented, and most communicators really are going it alone. ​Hear from TCC co-founders Dr. Katharine Hayhoe and Bernadette Woods Placky, and lead researcher Dr. Dana R.
