The programme features two panel discussions: Silent Capital, Loud Consequences examines why LPs, who provide 65–75% of global private real estate equity capital, remain the quietest voice in the room, and what changes as the industry shifts from reporting to deciding. Powering the Next Real Estate Cycle looks at where the real value sits in AI infrastructure, land, power connections, or operating platforms, against a projected 80-gigawatt gap between U.S. data-centre power demand and available capacity by 2030. Running 14:00–18:00 with networking breaks throughout, the event closes with drinks. Attendance is by invitation only, and a valid passport is required for entry.
