Stakeholder Forum has been monitoring the ratification of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) regularly for the past twenty-four years since the World Summit on Sustainable Development in 2002. The objective of this benchmarking project is a ‘Global League Table’ to highlight and praise progress made by nation-states towards the ratification of MEAs. The last Global League Table was published in 2010 and has now been updated to include countries current standings with the addition of new MEAs.
