The rapid growth of AI, data centers, and electrification is creating unprecedented demand for power, putting pressure on grid capacity, affordability, and decarbonization goals. At the same time, businesses face increasing expectations to deliver growth while advancing sustainability commitments.
This executive dialogue will bring together business leaders, investors, technology providers, and energy experts to explore how organizations can accelerate access to clean power while strengthening competitiveness. Through real-world case studies, practical tools, and new industry initiatives, participants will examine how data centers and industrial facilities can evolve from passive energy consumers into active contributors to a more resilient, flexible, and decarbonized power system.
The session will showcase emerging approaches to grid readiness, energy flexibility, digitalization, and investment decision-making—and demonstrate how sustainability can create business value through greater resilience, lower risk, and accelerated growth.
Participants will leave with concrete benchmarking and tracking tools, a clearer picture of how flexibility can be unlocked at the load level, and a shared view of how WBCSD's electrification and grid readiness work applies to the fastest-growing driver of electricity demand.
Co-hosted with Siemens, this session brings together WBCSD members and key partners pioneering the data centre economy and its integration into the power system. Please note that capacity is limited;by registering you will express interest in joining. A member of our team will then review the status of your participation.
