Join The Rewilding Collective for a walk in nature, led by Nature Guide and Forest Bathing practitioner Dina Samra, before the first panel of Climate Week begins. Most of Climate Week happens indoors, in conference rooms, under fluorescent light, discussing a world that is mostly outside the building. E.B. White wrote it plainly in a 1969 letter: "I arise in the morning torn between a desire to save the world and a desire to savor it. This makes it hard to plan the day." Savor to Save is built on that line. Before the panels, we're gathering in Central Park to actually be with the thing this whole week is about, together. Caring for the earth can feel like something carried alone, squeezed between meetings and inboxes. This morning is a chance to carry it in company instead. A guided sensory walk through the park, followed by small group reflection, gives you 75 minutes with people who showed up for the same reason you did.
