Powering Progress: How Middle Powers Can Shape the Next Energy Order

The global energy order is being reshaped by energy shocks, supply chain disruptions, climate impacts, and the rapid growth of clean energy. Middle powers are uniquely positioned to influence this transition;many are resource-rich, transition-critical, or hold strategic positions in regional energy markets. Indonesia is among them, with its 100 GWp solar ambition now moving from political commitment toward implementation.
