Plug-In Solar and the Consumer-Led Clean Energy Transition

As plug-in solar technology emerges as one of the most promising innovations in clean energy, it has the potential to expand access to affordable solar power, lower energy costs, and enable millions more households to participate in the clean energy transition. During Climate Week NYC, Solar United Neighbors and Bright Saver will convene leaders from the climate movement, clean energy industry, and public policy to explore the opportunities, challenges, and policy innovations shaping the future of plug-in solar. The moderated panel will feature Bill McKibben, Co-Founder of 350.0rg;Anya Schoolman, Executive Director of Solar United Neighbors;Cora Stryker, Co-Founder of Bright Saver;and Utah State Representative Raymond Ward, sponsor of the nation's first state plug-in solar law.
