Datamaran Executive Forum | Climate Week NYC 2026 Overview As part of Climate Week NYC 2026, Datamaran will host a flagship Executive Forum designed to bring together senior leaders from across sustainability, governance, legal, risk, compliance, investor relations and the C-suite for a day of collaboration, thought leadership and executive networking. Taking place at Midtown Loft & Terrace in the heart of Manhattan, the event has been designed as a two-part experience. The afternoon begins with an intimate, interactive workshop focused on collaborative problem-solving, before transitioning into a larger executive forum and networking reception featuring industry-leading speakers and panel discussions. ACT I | Executive Workshop 3:30pm - 5:30pm Theme From Regulatory Signal to Company Action An exclusive, interactive working session for Client Product Council members, existing customers and a select group of invited senior leaders. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, organisations face an increasing challenge: translating external developments into meaningful business action. Through facilitated discussion, collaborative exercises and practical scenarios, attendees will explore emerging governance, sustainability and regulatory signals, while sharing perspectives, common challenges and practical approaches to decision-making within their own organisations. The workshop has been intentionally designed to encourage open discussion and peer learning in a trusted environment, allowing attendees to exchange experiences and leave with actionable insights. Workshop Experience - Executive workshop for up to 30 guests - Six round tables of five delegates - Facilitated discussions and collaborative exercises - Interactive audience participation throughout - Light bites served during the session - Refreshments available throughout, including infused waters, tea, coffee and soft drinks - Full production support throughout the workshop - Premium networking opportunities before the transition into the evening programme ACT II | Executive Forum & Networking Reception 6:00pm – 10:00pm Theme What the Board, Executives & Their Investors Actually Want to Know As scrutiny intensifies and stakeholder expectations continue to evolve, the questions being asked in boardrooms about emerging risks are becoming more complex than ever. This executive forum brings together CEOs, Board members and senior leaders across governance, sustainability, legal, risk and investment for an evening of thought-provoking discussion. Through a fireside conversation, keynote presentations and an executive panel discussion, speakers will explore how expectations are shifting, what leadership teams are prioritising today and how organisations can prepare for 2026 and beyond. Designed to move beyond regulatory compliance, the discussion will focus on strategic leadership, resilience and the role of governance in navigating an increasingly dynamic business landscape. Evening Experience Following the Executive Forum, the venue will transition into a premium networking reception, creating an informal environment for attendees to continue conversations and build valuable connections. Guests will enjoy: - Executive panel discussion and audience Q&A - A hot and cold buffet - Beer, wine and soft drinks served from 5:30pm onwards - Cocktail tables and relaxed lounge seating throughout the terrace - Topic tables designed to encourage focused discussions around key sustainability and governance themes - Entertainment and interactive experiences (currently being finalised) - Potential live podcast studio, capturing conversations and executive insights throughout the evening (subject to final confirmation) - Our Vision Climate Week is Datamaran's flagship executive engagement event of the year. More than a conference, the Executive Forum has been designed to create meaningful conversations between customers, prospects, partners and industry leaders, positioning Datamaran at the centre of discussions around governance, sustainability and strategic risk. By combining an intimate workshop with a larger executive forum and networking experience, the event creates opportunities for collaboration, relationship building and thought leadership that extend well beyond Climate Week itself.
