In American agriculture, most roads lead back to corn. Over ninety million acres of it, woven into our fuel, our feed, and our food. It is also, in its sweet form, one of the best things you can eat in late September. This Climate Week, Ambrook and Offrange are throwing a Corn Party to celebrate the crop that built—and complicated—American farming. Corn has been domesticated, debated, subsidized, and demonized. It has also been dinner for ten thousand years. Come celebrate this delicious yet complicated crop.
