Capital is chasing a narrow set of jurisdictions that can deliver clean, reliable power at scale in a stable, investable environment, and that list is shrinking. Iceland is one of the few places that still qualifies. It combines some of the world’s lowest CO₂/MWh, a cold climate that cuts cooling costs structurally rather than incrementally, mature digital infrastructure, and a growing network of green industrial parks built around circular production, where waste heat, water, and CO₂ become shared inputs for co-located companies rather than waste streams. No other jurisdiction offers this combination. This invitation-only roundtable brings a small group of investors, developers, industry leaders, and policymakers together to discuss opportunities and barriers for long-term green industrial investments. What will be discussed - Circularity in green industrial parks: how waste heat, warm water, and CO₂ move between co-located companies to enable high-value, low-cost production. - Iceland as a platform: from energy supply to full-stack industrial deployment. - Sourcing the lowest CO₂/MWh, stable clean energy at scale. - Where next-generation demand gets built: AI, with the focus on scaling sustainable infrastructure.
