Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) addresses this problem by rescuing and donating this surplus food to nonprofit recipients. Our rescue operations rely on a nationwide network of dedicated volunteers who donate their time to making sure food reaches those in need. The incredible coordination of food recovery groups make this food recovery possible, and innovative technology can make food rescue even more efficient.
