Global Heat, Local Power: Community Climate Lessons Across Borders brings together Black women leading climate work across New York, London, and Montreal for a conversation about the importance of community leadership in the climate transition. Panelists will share cross-border experiences and examine what can be lost when local knowledge and community voices are excluded from the development of climate solutions. The discussion will explore who gets to shape emerging climate technologies and what meaningful community-led power looks like in practice. The event includes lunch, the panel discussion, and closing remarks.
