As part of Climate Week, this Bird Journaling & Meditation Walk is a gentle, curiosity-led experience where we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and reconnect with the nature that surrounds us every day.
Through birds, journaling, and meditation, we'll take time to notice the incredible wildlife that shares our city, reflect on our relationship with the natural world, and practice gratitude for the spaces we have the privilege to enjoyβand the opportunity to help protect.
This is not about being "good" at meditation.
This is not about having a perfect journal entry.
This is definitely not about needing any experience.
This is about trying something new in a space that feels safe, supportive, and maybe even a little magical.
