A closed-door dialogue on the future of digital services talent

​During UNGA and Climate Week in New York, we are convening a small group of senior leaders from across the digital services economy for a closed-door working dialogue. ​This is under a new nonprofit industry association GrandResolve: Strengthening the Foundation for Digital Services. ​The question on the table: what are the real, unresolved challenges to responsible, inclusive, and resilient talent practices in digital services? Not the polished conference version. The actual obstacles that providers, buyers, and ecosystem builders face as AI reshapes how this work gets done and who gets to do it. ​We are deliberately keeping this small and candid. The room will hold a mix of provider executives, enterprise buyers, and ecosystem leaders, and the Chatham House Rule means everyone can speak plainly. ​The outcome we are working toward is a shared, tangible list of challenges: the starting agenda for the convening space GrandResolve is building to resolve them. ​This session is sponsored by Zoho.
