Join MCJ Collective Partner and My Climate Journey co-host, Cody Simms, for a special LIVE podcast event to kick off NY Climate Week. Cody will share the stage with the founders of CTVC, Sophie Purdom and Kim Zou. The podcast recording will be followed by introductions from Future Climate Venture Studio's newest cohort of climate tech founders, plus a happy hour with drinks and appetizers.

This event is co-hosted by our friends at Future Climate Venture Studio. ​🎙️ Meet our host and guests: ​🎤 Cody Simms is the host of the My Climate Journey podcast and Partner at MCJ Collective. He's also co-founder of Climate Changemakers, a 501(c)(4) climate-focused political action network that got its start in the MCJ Member community. Cody co-authored the Amazon-bestselling book Levers: The Framework for Building Repeatability into Your Business. ​

✨ Sophie Purdom invests in and supports early-stage climate tech founders & their companies via her venture capital fund Planeteer Capital. She's a co-founder of CTVC, a climate innovation newsletter & strategic data platform with 50,000+ subscribers. Prior, Sophie launched an ESG fund at a major endowment, learned to make pretty slides at Bain & Co., published a book on sustainable investing, and helped found an agricultural technology company that makes carbon-negative ammonia fertilizer. ​

✨ Kim Zou is the CEO and Co-founder of CTVC. CTVC’s data-driven insights have been featured in channels including NYTimes, Bloomberg, Reuters, Financial Times, and TechCrunch. She was previously a climate tech investor at Energy Impact Partners. Prior to joining EIP, Kim was part of JPMorgan's Tech M&A investment banking team and graduated from Johns Hopkins University. ​
