Beyond net zero – to grow your climate impact by maximizing your carbon hadprint

Carbon handprint is a positive climate impact indicator. In contrast to carbon footprint, which refers to the negative environmental impact caused by greenhouse gas emissions throughout the life cycle of a product, the term carbon handprint refers to the positive environmental impact of a product throughout its life cycle. Carbon handprint helps a company to develop products and services that allow its customers to reduce their carbon footprint.

In this event, the method will be presented via concrete examples and afterwards we will hand out the first International Carbon Handprint Awards. The event will have keynote on the methodology, and then panel discussion with companies who are using the carbon handprint method, and then the award ceremony in the end.
