We the Future, a TED presentation in collaboration with Skoll Foundation and the United Nations Foundation, takes place during the week of the UN's General Assembly. This event is invitation-only.
We live in challenging times. Yet behind the dismaying headlines and heartbreaking predictions, millions of people around the world are envisioning new ways to materialize the possible, building a better world.
We the Future will share some of these stories -- bold visions that explore the potential of both the "We" and the "Future" aspects. Visionary talks will spotlight daring ideas, deep analysis, cautionary tales, and behavior-changing strategies.
The program will explore our most pressing, collective challenges -- and the most promising solutions emerging from every corner of the globe. These solutions are aiming at the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) created in partnership with individuals around the world and adopted by world leaders at the United Nations in 2015.
We'll mix in some invigorating live music alongside opportunities to connect and network.
This event is part of the Resilience and Adaptation to Climate Change program of Climate Week NYC.
