Climate change is one of the world’s most pressing issues. The next decade is critical in keeping global warming below 1.5 degrees, so it will be imperative to communicate climate change more effectively than ever to inspire everyone to take climate action.
The Communicating Climate Change event will explore how businesses, governments, and NGOs are making sustainability a priority and how they can effectively use communications to raise awareness for a consumer audience. The panel will question our understanding of current consumer trends and challenge preconceptions around those who support fighting climate change and those who do not. The session will include creative communicators at the forefront of the climate sector, including film producers, youth engagement specialists, and consumer brands.
