Danish environment minister Connie Hedegaard, host of the December UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen will present.
Her mission is to get Barack Obama, Hu Jintao and the rest of the worlds leaders to agree on a global deal on climate change this December.

On the 23rd of September from 3-4pm, she will speak at Columbia University on the prospects for a global agreement on climate change, international leadership in the 21st century and the economic price of not acting now. She belives that climate change and the strategic leadership of the 21st century are closely linked.
